Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please be advised that cancellations/rescheduling made 48 hours or less before an appointment, ceremony or class will be subject to the charge of the service, ceremony or class rate. Missed appointments/ceremonies/classes will be subject to the charge of the service, ceremony and/or class rate (including any missed appointments due to time zone miscalculations)

 

We understand that sometimes things arise that are out of your control including sickness and emergencies but due to everything encompassed with Georgia running a business she does not have the capacity to not honour the cancellation policy

Please note your session can be changed to a distant session or you can gift your session, ceremony or class spot to a friend or loved one
