Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations/rescheduling made 48 hours or less before an appointment, class or ceremony will be subject to the charge of the service, class or ceremony rate. Missed appointments/classes/ceremonies will be subject to the charge of the service, class or ceremony rate (including any missed appointments, classes or ceremonies due to time zone miscalculations.) We understand that sometimes things arise that are out of your control including sickness and emergencies but due to everything encompassed with Georgia running a business she does not have the capacity to not honour the cancellation policy. Please note your session can be changed to a distant session or you can gift your session or class spot to a friend or loved one.
